.NET Developer / Solution Delivery Engineer, permanent opportunity, Utrecht area (remote-first)

CISO-Office is offering a great opportunity for an experienced .NET Developer with an interest in solution delivery to join a growing company working with clients in regulated industries.

In this role, you will strengthen the back-end development team while also supporting smooth solution acceptance and delivery to customers. You’ll primarily focus on designing, building, and maintaining scalable back-end services in .NET 9, while also contributing to documentation, security, and compliance during client handover. This is an ideal opportunity if you want to combine coding excellence with real impact on delivery and client success.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using .NET 9 (minimal APIs) and C#

• Optimise SQL Server performance with Entity Framework Core

• Write efficient, secure, and well-tested code (xUnit, test automation)

• Collaborate with front-end developers on API design and integration

• Prepare handover and compliance documentation for customer delivery

• Support acceptance and implementation at client sites, including on-premises and air-gapped environments using Docker and Kubernetes

• Safeguard quality, security, and compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle

Profile

• Strong experience in .NET 9, C#, and EF Core

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing

• Precise, structured, and a good communicator

• Bonus: experience with React or Python

• Fluent English (team language); Dutch is a plus but not required
